How do you mount it from the ceiling? Does it come with hardware?

How you mount it would depend on the house. I previously had it mounted on a steel beam that ran across a portion of the basement (part of the house). Simply drilled a small hole large enough for a hook and then attached the bag to that hook with the carabiner that is shown in the first photo.

It's up near Alpharetta. About a forty min. drive from Stockbridge when traffic is good. The wife and I are up there at least monthly.

Just measured the bag.

From the top of the chain to the bottom of the bag (when hanging) is about 5 feet, 10.5 inches. The bag itself is about 4 feet, 5 inches from top to bottom.
