Does FL have any pistol mag capacity restrictions? Just making sure IF I get stopped my 17 round mags dont land me in da slamma. Looking around the code and cant find anything yet. Although just started looking!

I don't know any code sections off the top of my head, but I bought an AK with two 30-rd mags a little while back...

I would find it hard to believe that a state allowing CCW would limit mag capacity - then again, crazier things have happened.

That's a good thing if you can't find anything. There isn't going to be a regulation allowing them...only potentially regulations not allowing them.. See what I'm saying?

There are several states with such regulations... The Peoples' Republic of California, The PR of Mass, The PR of NJ and a couppla others.

I realized I had to get out of there 10 years before I actually did.
