I know its not GA but for my upcoming trip.....

Does FL have any pistol mag capacity restrictions? Just making sure IF I get stopped my 17 round mags dont land me in da slamma. Looking around the code and cant find anything yet. Although just started looking!

Thanks in advance!

cool, Thanks for the quick response. I just wanted to make sure nothing retarded like can only carry 10 round mags in my pistol existed.

I would find it hard to believe that a state allowing CCW would limit mag capacity - then again, crazier things have happened.

yeah, I figured better ask then be sorry with a couple of 17 round mags filled!

Still looking, cant find anything as of yet!
That's a good thing if you can't find anything. There isn't going to be a regulation allowing them...only potentially regulations not allowing them.. See what I'm saying?

I don't like that you can't OC down there. I like VA's laws.

There are several states with such regulations... The Peoples' Republic of California, The PR of Mass, The PR of NJ and a couppla others.

Maryland is one of, if not the worst state out there.

I realized I had to get out of there 10 years before I actually did.
