Just shoot out all the tires. That'll help them to move the trucks faster.

He doesn't have a CCW. One story said they were checking his record, but never saw an update.

He's not going to have a lot of money left over for playing bingo in the future.

If I was on the jury, and he claims insanity, I'd believe him.

I've never shot out a tire, but from the way the air was hissing out, I'd
have to guess that his "high powered revolver" was a 22, which does
not make him any less of a lunatic; it just goes to show that to the
media, any weapon is "high powered". They have to sensationalize
any gun story to the maximum degree to win us all over to the anti
gun side. I sincerely hope he was not a license holder.

When I got up this morning, I took a really "high powered" leak.
I couldn't help myself, I really had to go. I hope I'm not in any trouble.

Let him bond out right away and didn't take any of his guns away? He must have 'connections'.

If he had a connection, none of this would have happened.:)

Seems like a much better choice, I'll admit. All I'm saying
is the air seemed to escape pretty slowly. I guess maybe
the elasticity of the rubber allows the tire to reseal to an
extent, instead of making a regular bullet sized hole.

I've had 8 different AT&T technicians in my backyard this year so far. About a third of the visits were for my troubles, others for my neighbors. We are at the high end distance for the cable run to the fiber box a mile away.

Anyway, I'm super nice to these folks. I want my MTV ! (and internet).

Thanks for the video Malum, that was very informative.
The air escapes much slower than I would have guessed.

Except for the 357SIG, of course! Thanks Mrs. Esterhouse!

Based on the look of his handgun and the sound it sure seems that its a 22. But it is a high powered one. He is probably shooting those CCI Stinger rounds.

Nemo, think about it for a moment:

Do you really think that the microphone on a cellphone, meant to capture the limited range of the human voice, from close range, through a tiny hole in the phone's casing is going to adequately reproduce the decibel level of a gunshot from many feet away?

Or, that the Hialeah, FL police department has any reason to lie or misrepresent the firearm used in the incident?

Or, that the photos posted here and freely available online are consistent with a hole .22" in diameter instead of .36"?
