ffl question

    i know that there are diffrent types of ffl. if you had one for relics antiques collecting, could you still do ffl transfers on modren handguns?

    A Curio & Relic FFL is only good for those guns that are specifically designated as a Curio & Relic, which are typically 50+ yrs old.

    Some of the C&R designated guns are actually newer than that, but thats where the Curio part comes in. I believe the CZ82 (or is it CZ83?) has the polygonal rifling which in part makes it a Curio.

    You won't be able to use a C&R license for transferring that new Taurus 24/7.

    Nope, and you can't appear to be in business with older stuff either. Loose definition, but don't buy and resell for a profit (regularly) and you should be alright.
