If I am reading this correctly once again we see one government employee saying and doing one thing and another employee doing the opposite.
I guess this just shows how one cop here may arrest you for OC and the other may not.

Yesterday, "BATFE has submitted a letter to Judge Edward Lodge requesting the termination of the preliminary injunction that was granted to Red's Trading Post on April 30th by Judge Lodge."

"I don’t mean to sound facetious, your Honor, but I have worked for many years ensuring compliance with stringent government regulations across a wide variety of industries—from defense contracting, to pharmaceutical and medical device production, to medical practice management—and have never seen anything this intentionally petty and calculating, with but one goal in mind: destruction of the “insolent†who refuse to grovel, rather than public safety."

Not filing in appropriate order means chronological v. alphabetical. The alien resident, it turns out, is not prohibited. I do not know anymore about the mailing address yet.
The ATF told them to file chronological v. alphabetical in the last audit, this audit they say that is incorrect.
The alien resident had proof of 60 days of residency instead of 90.
The 34 applications had left off the street address because there was not enough room to put the full address on the application, so Reds made a copy of all 34 applicants drivers license and had them on file too (again I think the ATF in a prior audit said it was ok to do it that way).
The JPFO has a site dedicated to this on-going battle:

Today's visit by the ATF
This comes on the heels of the American Free Press story that was published yesterday:

Ted Nugent to help out, and ATF deems $12,000 computer system inadequate.
Yaaa for Ted. =D>
Why do they get away with this nonsense?
I agree. This is ridiculous.
Hopefully, and from the way reds is handleing this it is, the the ATF is simply providing hard proof of how vindictive and incompetent they really are.
What? How Red's is intimidating and harassing the ATF?
Seriously! Check out what the ATF filed in court.

The more sh*t that I read about the BATFE, the more I start to agree with the JPFO's stance to just abolish it.
