    Received this as part of a GCO update, on 5/24/2016:

    Based upon reading this memo, it would seem that the FBI and the TSA are claiming that Federal Law supersedes state law on this matter, which on the face may be somewhat valid.

    It would also seem that both agencies are guilty of selective enforcement of Federal Laws. The Judicial branch has ruled that selectively enforcing laws is unconstitutional as it violates the "equal protection" clause of the 14th Amendment. This would seem to be a perfect case to file to demonstrate the selective enforcement of the Federal DOJ!
