There is not, but they're absolutely should be.

Without a warrant or exigent circumstances, a citizen has the right the right to exclude them from their property, using force if necessary.

If I cannot demand that they produce said warrant my right is effectively voided. And voided for no other reason than a government agent doesn't feel like they should have to bother with such trivial matters.

I am not a lawyer so therefore I am ignorant of such things but I believe that there is ample evidence that the Federal Government has long held the position that this COVID virus is a widespread killing virus.
It is also common knowledge that the Fed Gov has been engaged in relocating actively infected and/or inadequately screened illegals to the interior of the US.
Could a lawyer, worth his or her salt, not press for charges of assault against Americans with a deadly weapon? Would that, if guilt was proven/substantiated, be an impeachable and/or treasonous offense?
