That's the greatness of the law change. It is now each person's personal preference and responsibility.RedDawnTheMusical said:Required? No. However, I find it a tad bit reckless not to use one. It is very convenient sometimes to skip a holster for a quick trip to the store (i.e. just put a gun in my pocket), but I always fear there is too much of a chance for me to reach into my pocket, forget it is there, and hit the trigger. Or for it to fall out of my pocket, etc. Of course, that's just me - I normally have my gun holstered on me even when at home and I even conscientiously think about not fanning across any windows or other part of the house where, if I accidentally discharged the weapon, the bullet could travel out of the house and hit a neighbor's house, car, etc.
