Make work visas as easy as possible

Work Visas are not open borders

If you're here illegally then you're a criminal. Period. If you're trying to enter illegally then you're a criminal. Period.

He has no intention of applying any sort of punishment for someone's illegal acts. He still welcomes them into the US.
