BAD BAD BAD choice for 2A believers. Click below and send and email saying no to him to your Senators. Likely not do any good down there-- just like here. But no objection lets your 2 dudes (cannot say gentlemen) think its not a big deal.

Yes, NRA but they are making it easy.

Speaking of which............ At his confirmation hearing today Chipman had some difficulty defining what an "assault weapon" is.

On the other hand, Chipman appears all in favor of a massive, electronically searchable database of weapons. Which, coincidentally, his pal, Sen Patrick Leahy (D) just re-introduced yesterday, his Crime Gun Tracing Modernization Act. What timing! :ROFLMAO:

Chipman is just one of dozens. Are the Biden voters really happy with this crowd ? If so, we are in big trouble. Big.

Beyond "assault weapons" in general, Chipy really doesn't like the ubiquitous AR-15 type rifles because "it's a particularly lethal weapon." Whatever that means. Are there degrees of "lethalness?"

Chipman said he supports Congress acting to ban all "assault weapons" and AR-15s. He said he would support adding such weapons already in circulation to the National Firearms Act, which requires registration and a tax stamp, among other restrictions.

FPC pushing on this too.

Nemo,
We are hearing from sources that the tyrants on Capitol Hill could be trying to pull a fast one with the upcoming David Chipman vote.
A prominent operating theory is the Democrats are worried that they don't have the votes to confirm, so they are delaying the vote in the hopes that gun owners forget and move on.
Then, a Chipman vote could occur suddenly and without warning to ram this despot through without push back.
We can't stop opposing this psychopath, not even for one instant. And we need your help to maintain pressure.
STOP DAVID CHIPMAN!

Please help FPC remind the Senate that we are not going to stop fighting until David Chipman's nomination as ATF director is either removed from consideration or DEFEATED.
If you have not already, please:
1. Tell the Senate you OPPOSE this psycho
2. Make a donation to help FINISH this fight

If you do, you will automatically be entered to WIN a B&T APC300 from Firearms Policy Coalition!
With the ATF gunning to redefine frames/receivers and short-barreled rifles (SBR), everyday gun owners like YOU could soon be in the crosshairs.
And David Chipman has already proven that he's comfortable using ANY MEANS NECESSARY to deprive you of your rights, liberty and property.
STOP DAVID CHIPMAN!
After all, he thought the government shootings dogs and burning children alive over the mere suspicion of illegal guns was A-OK!
Don't let this pile of human debris anywhere near the throne of power. Take action and donate NOW to stop him!

The Senate Judiciary Committee has postponed Chipman's vote for a week. Seems they my have been hearing from a few disgruntled citizens. :ROFLMAO:

The Senate Judiciary Committee has delayed voting on the nomination of retired federal agent-turned-gun control advocate David Chipman one week, until Thursday, June 24, and during that time, grassroots Second Amendment activists are expected to be flooding Capitol Hill with messages of opposition.

Susan Collins (R-Maine) will be voting against him. Seems this emailing and calling and working might be doing some good from our side.

Nemo --
I must admit, I didn't see this one coming. After waking up this morning and glancing through the day's news headlines, I could hardly believe my eyes! One of the Senate's most moderate Republicans has made the decision to vote AGAINST David Chipman. Maine's Susan Collins clarified her position on the ATF nominee by stating that David Chipman is "unusually divisive" and that she will vote AGAINST confirming him.
BOOM!
For anyone doubting what our mobilization efforts can accomplish, here's your proof. Our efforts have not been in vain and his confirmation is not a foregone conclusion. David Chipman is probably sweating more bullets now than that one time he may or may not have lost his own service weapon. We can stop his nomination in its tracks if we continue to keep up the pressure!
In case you have only recently signed up for updates, the Biden administration has nominated former ATF agent and rabid anti-gun activist, David Chipman, to be Director of the ATF. Chipman's contempt for gun owners was on full display during his Senate hearing on May 26. The Senate Judiciary Committee is expected to vote on his nomination this Thursday, June 24 at 9AM!
It is noted by The Hill, that in order to defeat Chipman on the Senate floor, all Republicans must vote against him and one Senate Democrat must defect to vote no. With today's announcement by Sen. Collins, this scenario gets a little closer to reality. This is where your effort and pressure come in.
Chipman was an ATF agent for 25 years from 1988 to 2012, including serving as a case agent in the infamous Waco siege. After leaving the ATF, Chipman immediately began his anti-gun activism for Bloomberg-founded Mayors Against Illegal Guns where he advocated for “assault weapon” bans, magazine capacity restrictions, and upholding the NFA. Since 2016 Chipman has been been a Senior Policy Advisor for Giffords anti-gun campaign.
In 2019 he told a U.S. House committee that “Simply reinstating the 90s-era ban on assault weapons is not enough..." Not enough?!? He also recently stated that he supports a wholesale ban of the AR-15, and by implication, similar magazine-fed semi-autos.

To ensure that your voice is heard on this matter, you need to reach out to your U.S. Senators TODAY. You can do that by simply clicking on any of the red "Email the Senate Now" buttons in this email. If you have already contacted your Senators to oppose Chipman, FPC wants to thank you for your action and encourages you to share our take action link with your pro-gun family and friends!

Remember, the "gun lobby" is YOU.
If we continue to press on and rally our friends, family, co-workers against the atrocity that is the Chipman nomination, we may be able to pull off what some said was the impossible. So get everyone you know to tell their U.S. Senators to ditch David Chipman!
Yours in Liberty,

They don't pay any attention to disgruntled citizens unless they send lots of money to them.

Why don't we all pool our resources, get some monies together and send it to them. They can divvy it up any way they want. We should be able to get what, $5, $10 together? That'll get their attention fer sure. Yeah. :ROFLMAO:

And the hits just keep coming! Chipman is waaaaaycist. :ROFLMAO:

The Daily Caller notes a former ATF agent claimed Chipman was reviewing exam results from individuals wishing to be a Special Agent in Charge when he allegedly said: “Wow, there were an unusually large number of African American agents that passed the exam this time. They must have been cheating.”

Guess who is back again?

Why did the Mod Squad that banned him last time not ban his IP address? Or is he using a VPN and a different IP address now?

Senate Judiciary voted 11-11 on Chipman's nomination, in effect a neutral recommendation for a full Senate floor vote. Schumer has a lot of work to do to get this guy passed.

Chipman hasn't even received a floor vote yet and he's facing an impeachment resolution. Yeah, it's just political posturing but nevertheless............

"The confirmation of David Chipman to the ATF would be a direct threat to the second amendment rights of Americans and the rule of law," Rosendale said in a statement about his impeachment resolution. "Not only has Chipman previously given false testimony to Congress, but his statements on gun-control are evidence that his confirmation would be a failure to support and defend our constitutional rights. If appointed, both are impeachable offenses and worthy of Congress to consider his removal."
