Is there screening by a POST officer?

We've got to get that broad "government building" definition out of there.
Nope. [-( Is not.
I think "housed" is a broader term than headquartered, so the aquatic center is a Govt building.
16-11-127 (a)(2)

But it's not off-limits without security screening or restricted ingress.

And it's not a CRIME to carry there unless the screening is done or supervised by a POST certified LEO.
Sounds like some lawyer ought to bring them up to speed on what the law actually says with regard to Guv'ment buildings.
I notice on their website that those appear to be the rules for their outdoor leisure pool, is the Aquatic Center going to make a claim that even their outdoor areas are 'government buildings' when there is no building present?
Any news?
