And yes, I RTFA, and saw the "outrage" of two parents. Outrage? Why wouldn't they be yelling and screaming DAILY until this criminal is removed from the school?

Sorry, but it's very believable. Having been involved with a teacher convicted of statutory rape that is still teaching, I can verify that like our government, like the whole national educational system is broken!!!!
