I recently moved to another county. the Courthouse has no signage and a magnetometer which I think they only use when court is in session. What's the legality with no screening?

Magnetometers have nothing to do with the legality of carrying a firearm.

Please read the information at the link MP provided.
The short answer is Courtrooms are always off limits. Buildings with Courtrooms are best avoided, even if no screening.

" (1) "Courthouse" means a building occupied by judicial courts and containing rooms in which judicial proceedings are held."
Had to do a renewal to get address changed. SWMBO had let hers expire so had to apply again.

Happens. I do not believe you are obligated to update your address on the GWL. The Consigliere can correct that if I am mistaken.
My thinking was that if I go to purchase from a FFL I would need a current address.

If you have a GWL no need to get a new one if you move.
I was talking to the audience. :)
