This was an unexpected turn of events. And to think he could carry into a courthouse, or church, or public gatherings, etc., and you could not.

You would think he would do a better job at hiding the evidence..being a cop and all and knowing what they're going to look for primarily.

It should be noted for the record that the Canton PD had fired this guy but was forced to hire him back after union mediation.

    Yup.

He was fired after his nephew, a supposed drug dealer, was busted with Cutts' issued weapon. The union took it to mediation and won.

He also has a criminal trespass conviction for breaking down the door of another woman that has a child with him. Here in GA that would have been a DV charge and would have cost him his certification.

The whole situation sucks. This guy seems like a complete tool. He has three children by three different women not counting the current pregnancy, which was a second with the victim while he was married to another woman. Of course, the victim already having one baby with him should have known what she was getting into with him.
