Latest updates:

* Got feedback yesterday from the Executive Director of POST was that he had met with the Police Cheif of Cobb County and given him all of the information I had provided about this case (which was everything). He has another meeting in a week to follow-up with them on their internal investigation.

* The neighbor with the suspected stolen boat/trailer in his back yard (from the open records act recording) just moved it tonight under cover of darkness - to less than a mile away around the corner to behind another house in our same neighborhood.

It is now being hidden behind:
973 Wilson RD SW
Mableton, GA 30126
Well, under the "cover of darkness" is now a little after 5 PM, when a lot of people get off of work.

Out of curiosity, why did you post the address here?

beware of newton's 4th law...

cops at rest want to stay at rest. if anyone makes them move, that person is putting themself at risk.

I don't know what time zone your in but boat was moved after 8pm.

I posted the address it was moved to in case any cops read this and want to go recover a stolen boat. Addresses are public information if the owner doesn't like it he shouldn't be receiving obviously stolen property to hide it for his friend.

Cobb County strikes again. Today I got a txt from my little girl that she had been pepper sprayed in the mouth but she was ok just having problems breathing and coughing. I called 911 and went to check her out early. While there I talked to the school officer at Floyd Middle School in Mableton GA who admitted she had in fact used pepper spray on two female children that were fighting in a crowded hall way. (My child was not one of the children involved - but said many others got it in their eyes and mouths breathing it none of which received any medical attention.)

Here is a youtube with the audio - fast forward to 9:30 if you just want to hear the officer admit to using pepper spray on 2 middle school children (girls!):

Not worth wasting my time or money. I'd just loose. I've already been in front of a Cobb County judge this week - they are part of the problem here - wouldn't even listen to evidence in my case refused to hear the recording.

AJC interviewed me and did a story on the pepper spray issue at Floyd Middle school from last Friday.

Since then I've learned that pepper spray exposure can kill kids with asthma. And
Pepper spray is banned for use in war by Article I.5 of the Chemical Weapons Convention.

Yet Cobb County SD Police Chief Ron Storey told the AJC he thinks it is justifiable to use it against kids in our middle schools that don't obey verbal commands.

I agree that the officer is an idiot. However, the comment he made could have just as easily been construed as "county hate." I say that because it exists. I think it's a terrible idea that your county is on the licence plate. The officer could just not like dealing with idiots outside of Cobb. I know...it's a reach, but the constant "HE'S RACIST" chant is getting old.

that's why I bought the extra charge license plate - no county label

I'm sure that is pretty common.
Yeah, I think so. I've heard people mention it for years and I'm guilty myself. Whenever I see a Dekalb tag, I immediately think to myself, 'don't be bringing your crime over here!'

And since I have an Air Force plate, well...no county. ;)

Sent from my mobile device so please excuse grammatical errors. :)
