This seems to be real, though. The Hildebeast signing copies of the Newsweek "Madame President" issue on election eve.

To be fair, there may have been a pre-printed Trump version, too, though I can't find a good image of it and the text on newsweek's web site is much less glowing. I guess it's hard to congratulate Donald Trump on his victory from so deep inside Mrs. Clinton's bowels.
