Just saw on Fox5 Atlanta that Clark County School Board voted 5-3 to allow two Supervisors to carry guns in school.

[No link yet on Fox5 web site]

The two employees are POST certified officers who work for the School District and not the Police Department (actually they are retired from ACCPD) The school has armed SRO's in the middle and high schools, but the school board has to vote to arm their own employees.

OK. As long as 16-11-127.1 is complied with.

I'm not against the idea, I'm all for it. I was just not enthused if the School Board just made stuff up and would prosecute me, a GFL holder, to the fullest.

Not at all, these are guys I have been around all my career. They should have had guns years ago.
