If they carry it out, all they can do is kill her body, but they cannot touch her soul and spirit which will go to Heaven. Her murderers will go to hell. And, she will one day get her body back in the resurrection to never die again.

The Lahore High Court has taken the controversial step of saying that it won't allow President Asif Ali Zardari to issue a pardon
Her family is now hoping that the higher courts will strike down the death sentence, or that she will eventually secure a pardon. And the fear doesn't end there. While no one has been executed for blasphemy yet, 32 people - including two judges - have been slain by vigilantes. At Friday prayers this week, Yousef Qureshi, a hardline cleric from the Mohabat Khan mosque in Peshawar, offered a reward of 500,000 rupees ($5,800) to "those who kill Aasia Bibi."
:shakehead:
Those of you who are attending church this morning need to be thankful that you live here. I wonder how many people that currently profess christianity would remain faithful to their professed religion under these circumstances.

She brought them a bowl of water . . .

I have contacted Mr.Chambliss and asked if there is anyway that our Govt can intervene on behalf of Mrs.Noreen.

Maybe others should also contact their representatives.

Its ur personal decision to practice what ever religion you want even in their country BUT that goes to say you better not get caught. Look its notour place to change their way of life or their laws. Quit trying to get our country involved in another countries mess. These people live there and die there daily. Its not our countries job to go sticking our nose in this. She made the choice to say the things she said, now she has to live with the consequences of her actions. Do I agree with it : No.

But I certainly think its itme for our country to stop pressuring other countries to live by our same standards, if you do some research through history you will easily see what problems come from doing so.

It's not another countries mess, its a human life.
A life that has been ordered to be destroyed for nothing other than an act of kindness.

If Mrs Noreen was a relative of yours, a child of yours, your brother or sister, I do not believe you would have the same attitude.

When this happens in the USA, with one of your family members, will you still ask all not to get involved?

Disgusting. Apathy and jadedness have made even the reasonable people in that country blind to the atrocities that happen every day. Nobody wants to care until it happens to them. It should be a lesson to us to not make the same mistake of lethargy.

How much time, money, and American lives should we spend on defending every single oppressed person in the whole world?

What's happening is horrible, no doubt. But it's their problem, not ours.

Just remember, when you keep looking the other way, sooner or later the hit will come from another direction. A direction that will directly affect you and your family.

If the USA had considered the actions that brought on WWI and WWII as to be not our problem, you would now be drinking sake and, or saluting Adolphs Great Grand Son.

At what point does it become "our" problem?

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me -- and there was no one left to speak for me.

Islamobear? Ah, I get it. It really is Pedobear!!!!!
Ah you keep going back to the idea that Mohammad slept with Aisha while still a child despite all the evidence altariq sent you? I guess the idea of teaching a pig to dance comes to mind....lol. I sent him a message that he needs to speak to people with IQs above room temperature. Looks like he took my advice.

But on that thought, why is pedophilia a bigger problem for Christianity these days? It seems that Christian priests have a bigger problem with sleeping with children than Muslim imams. Strange huh?
