Didn't get to read the article as it would not open on my phone, but I would totally take pole dancing course!! It is great for your core, stomach, thighs, legs, etc. They even have prenatal pole dancing classes because it is so beneficial and makes the post birth recovery faster and easier.

Are there other kinds of work outs that are less controversial? Sure. But what's the fun in that? ;)

apparently the dancers in my area arent getting enough pole time then. I once even saw a pregnant woman dancing. I didnt know weather to throw up or start her childs college fund.
