I take advantage of the Remington 9mm FMJ deals at Dick's when they have it for $6.98/50 when buying 10 packs. It was on sale a few weeks ago and I also had a $10 off $50 purchase coupon to make it $5.98/50. The price now is $7.98/50 but they still had a sign up when I was there on Thursday (Dick's at Mall of GA) showing the $6.98 deal right beside a sign showing the $7.98 price. I asked the kid in the gun dept. and he said sure, you can have it for the $6.98 price. So I used another $10 off coupon and bought another 500 rounds. Seems to be about as cheap as I can find target ammo. Cheaper than the $16.88/100 Winchester bulk ammo at Wallyworld.

This is one area where inflation hasn't hit too very hard.

I have an empty box of 9mm I purchased approximately 1960 from Sutcliff's Sporting Goods in Louisville. Green box of 50 with a $6.50 price sticker on it.

Bass Pro had decent prices the other day for 9mm. The Remington loads were about the price of Wally World. However selection and stock was a bit light.
