outstanding, I don't know WHY a cop feels like he has an expectation of privacy on a traffic stop.
playing that card was a BAD idea from the git go.

Good for Anthony Graber, the motorcyclist! I hope that Maryland State Trooper Joseph David Uhler has used this experience to learn a little about our Constitutional rights, and not to violate them again. And I hope Mr. Graber sues the state and wins big.

What a [email protected], blocking the rider with his car and exiting with his weapon drawn. This could have ended ugly. The car looked to be unmarked, This guy should not be a cop.

The "traffic stop" was also bad from the git go.
