What kind of locking methods are the rest of you using for your vehicles. I have found some but would appreciate some input.

    thanks

I've got a couple of these PacSafe Exomesh things. They work pretty good and easy to take out of the car into a hotel room and lock up there when I have to. Beretta has one that has a Beretta logo on it but it costs more. I went with the cheaper one. :) same thing, but pacsafe logo instead of beretta.

I would like some sort of metal box thing in the car though. just haven't found one yet.

Yeah I read that method Malum. :) My 24/7 has a lock feature that locks the slide in place. Only way to unlock the slide is to have the "tool" (hex key) type of tool. Never know how many bad guys have those!

Gunsmokers method works but was just trying to go the next step so "if" my truck was broken into I didnt loose my sidearm and have to spend more money to buy another! Mainly the point of the question.

I found this and looks worth it.

Yeah I have a RAM. They make them for most models.

Yeah I wondered the same thing about the cord. I was leaning more toward the console installation model. Uses the bolts already used to hold the console in place. So no drilling needed.
