    From Keep and Bear Arms:
"Capitol Police apprehend armed man at Capitol as lawmakers raise concern over security protocol."

"The Capitol Police apprehended an armed man ... yesterday inside the U.S. Capitol after he crashed his car through a Capitol Visitor Center (CVC) barricade into a fountain and sprinted into the building, according to the acting chief of police." ...

"Greene ran up the Capitol steps and entered the building on the third floor and was subsequently caught by Capitol Police on the first floor." ...

"In addition to a loaded small pistol, Greene was in possession of crack cocaine." ...
    -------

Submitter's Note: According to news reports, Congress has spent $2 BILLION on their security in the last 5 years. How much more proof do we need that cops can't protect us?
