ATLANTA -- Police are searching for two gunmen who traded gunshots with an employee of a cell phone store in southwest Atlanta Monday night.

A bystander who was outside the store was cut by flying glass during the exchange of gunfire.

Police say two masked robbers entered the Metro PCS store at 1743 Metropolitan Parkway just after 6:00 p.m.

A store employee pulled his own gun and started firing at the gunmen.

The two men fled in a ten Chevrolet or a black SUV, according to police.

I think they keep the envornment in mind, so they recycle the headlines over and over.

They are running a similar story today. Note that even with the passage of time, the headline, "1 injured in Metropolitan Parkway shootout," still implies that a bystander was shot, rather than hit by glass.

I guess "Woman Cut by Broken Glass" probably would not get past the editor.
