If New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg had his sting people from New York purchase a firearm from anyone in another state, the purchaser should be prosecuted. If the seller, private or otherwise, knowingly sells a handgun to a resident of another state, that person should also be prosecuted under federal law. In retrospect, Bloomberg could be considered a conspirator to violating federal gun-control laws. Let's see if the ATF prosecutes. - Paul Berardi, Scottsdale
