SB 396 - I cannot reveal the source without permission, but I have it on good, current information that SB 396 (Stand Your Ground Law) is in jeopardy. People need to push this if they want it to become law.
Now that SB 396 is out of subcommittee and on to the full committee, Chairman Ralston needs to be encouraged to hear SB 396 early. Contact information: http://www.legis.state.ga.us/legis/2005 ... judync.htm
