Owner of T Lynn Davis, Jim Davis, says they auction off guns at each of their 4-5 shows throughout the year, but this is the first time they've sold some for the Sheriff's Office. "It's guns that they had in the patrol cars and the shotguns they carry in the trunk, or wherever they carry them. Some of the guns the SWAT team has used," Davis said.
Davis says law enforcement must sell their firearms now due to state law.
