It will be interesting to see how this plays out. If we see the anti-gun groups leave in a huff, declaring that the process is rigged, then we have some hope that the BATFE has applied logic and reasoning to the problem and not simply agreed with the anti-gun rhetoric. If they stay, then we have another FOPA-style "improvement" that takes yet another slice of the cake.
