Time magazine have any credibility with you? Seems the idea is plausible and sources credible. The plan is posted at the second link below. Military, cops and guard deployed just to give credibility to the election and make sure all believed it. If it were hacked.

Kinda scary overall. Makes U.S. a dictatorship run by whoever Obama picked followed by whoever picked to follow.
