"At least 25 people were shot in an Arkansas nightclub early Saturday"

"One person was upgraded from critical to stable condition after the 2:30 a.m. incident at the Power Ultra Lounge in Little Rock, police said. Little Rock police confirmed that all victims were alive. Police said 28 people in total were injured: 25 from gun shot wounds and 3 from other injuries."

"According to police, there was a dispute during a concert and an exchange of gunfire took place"

Not mentioned in the article... was it a rap concert, or maybe bluegrass?
Just more senseless violence in the 5vs4 string banjo

So apparently the violence was planned and advertised. The poster clearly shows some thug pointing a gun at the viewer.

I guess anyone that didn't get shot at can sue for false advertising.
No false advertising. They have the guy taking aim on the poster and the shooting and everything. Just because you did not get shot does not mean false advertising. Just means you were lucky or the shooter has bad aim or ran out of ammo.

Apparently the main shooter was arrested over the weekend in Alabama by the FBI and US Marshall's. Interstate flight seems a likely addition to the charges.

A bodyguard was charged Tuesday with illegally providing a firearm to the rapper who was performing when gunfire broke out at an Arkansas nightclub this month, and federal officials say one of the guard's guns matched a shell casing found at the scene.
A statement from the U.S. attorney's office said the two were seen on surveillance video at a Memphis pawnshop picking out a Glock 23 hours after the shooting. Gwynn had purchased a Century Arms AK-style pistol at the pawnshop in May, and investigators say multiple Facebook posts show Hampton with such a gun afterward.
According to prosecutors, Gwynn had those guns and a Springfield XD pistol with him when arrested. Federal officials say Gwynn's Springfield pistol matched a shell casing found in the Little Rock club, but they still must be examined.
A shell casing matched? Same brand as in gun?
