A Levi's Call was issued on Friday afternoon for a 5-year-old girl, but the case has now expanded into a search for a chld molester.
Ordinarily media sources do not identify children involved in molestation cases, but officials with the Norcross Police Department have asked that we provide information and the photograph of 5-year-old Anahi Gutierrez Florez, because they belive her life to be in danger.
Norcross police said the girl is with her mother, but they are still looking for the mother's boyfriend, Bernard Amastal Toxtle, 26. He was last seen at 1955 Indian Trail, Apartment 310, Norcross, Ga.
Police said they have found the car that Toxtle was driving, and that it had been parked for the past three days.
Two women who lived in the apartment complex with the child's mother said they had tried to tell her that they thought Toxtle was molesting the child. Police said the women surreptitiously took the child to a doctor, who confirmed that there was evidence that the child had been molested.
Police said they believe the mother had taken the child and gone into hiding. Police said they are worried that the mother may have gotten back together with the boyfriend, and consider the child to be in danger.
Anyone who has any information about little Anahi is asked to call Norcross police, the GBI, or 911.
