The best info I could hear is they have stopped disarming their customers.
I appreciate youZworley3 said:I can assure you do to their awful customer service and their policy of disarming their customers I have spent my last dollar with them.
I will take my business somewhere they will appreciate it and not have me disarm before I enter. I would love to see them go out of business but I guess more folks like having their rights trampled on and treated like dirt than I once
though. :screwy:
Ha ha. The truth is the truth. I've never been in your facility but if you need a lesson on how not to run your business swing by and give them a shout.stoddard said:I appreciate youZworley3 said:I can assure you do to their awful customer service and their policy of disarming their customers I have spent my last dollar with them.

and who asked for you opinion of the store's policy?Zworley3 said:I can assure you do to their awful customer service and their policy of disarming their customers I have spent my last dollar with them.

You sound dangerously like the people that are currently in office. This is America. An opinion doesn't have to be solicited before it can be given. Time to get used to that fact. Here's some relevant information: I have been in Adventure Outdoors exactly 6 times over the years, and the customer service there was absolutely disgraceful each and every time (and I'm fairly tolerant when it comes to that). The information the customer service reps were giving was so wrong, I was compelled to talk to a few of customers later and set the record straight, just to keep them out of jail. That doesn't mention the fact that many of them don't use proper gun handling techniques. Not only has Adventure Outdoors lost out on some high dollar gun sales to me, I have actively steered business away from them.galvatron said:and who asked for you opinion of the store's policy?Zworley3 said:I can assure you do to their awful customer service and their policy of disarming their customers I have spent my last dollar with them.

If you don't have any relevant info, move along.
That and their policy on charging people extra if they decide to use a debit or credit card. I refuse to make a special trip to get cash, or find my checkbook. The entire planet has evolved, people use plastic to pay for things they should evolve too..Zworley3 said:I can assure you do to their awful customer service and their policy of disarming their customers I have spent my last dollar with them.

yeah someone should probably mention to them that that is illegal. cash discounts are technically ok but credit upcharges are a no-no. the company i work for has customers that spend thousands of dollars on credit cards and we would upcharge if we could.manderson2228 said:That and their policy on charging people extra if they decide to use a debit or credit card.
