A British national who has lived in Kentucky for 15 years is challenging a state law than bars non-citizens from carrying concealed deadly weapons.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed suit on Wednesday on behalf of Alexander M. Say, who contends Kentucky lawmakers should not have passed such a law last year.

In all seriousness, it's good to see them take a stand for a part of the Constitution they usually don't seem to publicly support.

It's the American Civil Liberties Union, not the Secular Gay Black Hispanic Lesbian Minority Group Civil Liberty Union.

Oh they are that bad. Just some of the smarter ones are waking up on the 2A. This really isn't a 2A case its a equal protection or due process case. In the end they want all immigrants legal and ilegal treated the same as citizens.
