If you're a DPX fan, check your rounds next time you buy a box. Corbon is making their own bullets and your next box may have the Corbon bullet instead of the Barnes which has a much larger cavity. The cavity in the .380 DPX using the Corbon bullet is a meager pinhole by comparison. Dakota says it will perform the same. We'll have to see.

Interesting. DPX is my carry round in my .32, .380, and 9mm Hi-Power, so I really do hope the terminal performance is not altered (unless improved, of course). Good article on DPX here.

Double Tap loads a .380 with Barnes XPB projectiles, here. Wonder if CorBon and Barnes had a falling-out?

Wetpack tested the new .380 DPX and a Barnes DPX I had left over from my old box. Out of my P3AT, the Barnes expanded perfectly while the new design plugged and tumbled.
