84 Year Old Vet Makes 1000 Yard Shot

This video brought tears to my eyes. WWII vet is given a replica of his old rifle, and shows that he hasn't lost any of his skills. Then gets to try a 1000 yard shot with more modern equipment.

All I have to say is... 3 head shots at 1000 yds? Wow. I'd be lucky to hit the target once.

wow, just wow.

He reminds me so much of my grandfather, who served in WW2 as well. Brought tears to my eyes as well.

Glad to read that I wasn't the only one to get "something in my eye". I lost 2 great-uncles on my father's side in WWII. According to my dad, I would have really liked both of them.
