I know little beyond article below.

Appears to apply only to cases or braces in the 5th Circuit.

ALERT: The Fifth Circuit has issued an injunction pending appeal as to "the Plaintiffs in this case" in our lawsuit challenging the ATF's pistol brace rule. Stay tuned here and on our website as FPC seeks clarification from the Court as to who is covered: Mock v. Garland - FPC Lawsuit Challenging the ATF's Pistol Brace Rule pic.twitter.com/NylpRjiJ35

Between Trump’s bumpstock ban and Biden’s pistol brace ban, the 5th circuit is out there doing the lord’s work.
All of the briefing and the order are attached in the links Nemo provided.

In addition to the preliminary injunction, there is an expedited appeal "to the next available Oral Argument Calendar."
Pre Bruen we lost almost every preliminary injunction based on the likely outcome of the "balancing" tests judges mimed so they could pretend to follow the law. Post-Bruen, we win more than we lose since judges have no method to pretend the new laws are constitutional. The left is scrambling to manufacture historical precedents as fast as they can, but are having a problem running into documented historical facts that don't support their narrative. We still lose at the first tier due to the blue slip process confirmation process that selects judges who reinforce local prejudice, but many appeals courts have gotten the message loud and clear that 2A rights are no longer second class rights. For once, the process is working.

Hearing on to whom the decision applies to be held June 2.

part of email updating and soliciting membership.

We have a breaking news update for all gun owners who wish to know if being a member of FPC protects them under the pistol brace injunction issued yesterday.
The Judge in FPC's case Mock v. Garland has set a date for the response to our Motion for Clarification on June 2nd, 2023.
Interesting part of the Feds reply.

Nemo,
The ATF just proved in court that they are deathly afraid of you joining the Grassroots Army, and we have the proof.
They specifically pointed to our attempts to expand our ranks this week, saying that more gun owners joining would "severely undermine public safety."
JOIN FPC!
Suddenly the agency best known for murdering women and children at Ruby Ridge and Waco is now concerned "about public safety"?

Anyone with a brain can tell that these lying tyrants are just terrified that an expanded injunction would limit their insidious plans.

This is the most clear proof yet that the raids are coming, Neil. And they want YOUR NAME on their hit list.
So while these trigger-happy lunatics are begging a Judge to LIMIT the scope of our injunction, help us FIGHT BACK today.
Might join FPC.
