Was looking to pick up some DPX in 185gr to try out for SD ammo. I read somewhere that Corbon was switching to their own bullets and not using Barnes any longer, true? If so I was going to pick up the DoubleTap loads as they still use Barnes however they only offer it in a 160gr.

Thoughts on Corbon no longer using Barnes? (I read it about a different cal, not .45 so not sure about the .45) Does anyone else offer a 185gr DPX Barnes setup?

    Thanks!

Barnes's customer service can probably tell you if anyone else is loading the 185-grain XTB in .45 - [email protected] or (435) 856-1000.

I have found about half a dozen that are. But their prices are so fluctuating I have no clue if they are quality loaded rounds or not. :sly: Some are almost half the price of the Corbon rounds.
