Im dayum dayum tempted.
IMHO I would almost take a Taurus over anything made by Charter Arms. I owned 1 for about 15 minutes.
Bought it, immediately went right to the store's range, fired ONE full cylinder out of it and the cylinder fell off when I went to eject the empties.
When back out to the counter with the gun in pieces, they took it back and I bought a Smith & Wesson...
I wouldn't chance shooting a 41 magnum out of one...
I always wanted a model 57. I’ve never owned a .41
Bought my mom an Undercover 38 about 40 years ago. It still works great and has no issues. Probably 3400 or so rounds through it.
Wife chose and purchased her own EDC Mag Pug 357, 2.2 inch barrel about 2 years ago. Probably has near 1000 round through it and no issues.
Of those 1000 probably 20% factory 357 rounds, 30% hot 38 rounds and the rest decent 38 range rounds. Probably 15% my firing.
I have no issues at all with Charter Arms.
K-Var. The company that got their ad rejected by NASCAR.
I have no issues with Charter arms I own a 3 inch Pathfinder and it shoots great. I’m just not sure I want a 41 mag snubbie my Ruger Sp101 357 has recoil enough. I think the 41 might bite a little.
