    Sounds like a petulant child - and a good indication that the populous did the right thing in not re-electing the idiot.

    He was actually one of the toughest judges in that area. He was not re-elected because he was too hard on all those poor little children. So he followed the voters will expressed in the election and is releasing the kids.

    No, he pitched a tantrum thereby indicating he needed to be ousted. Being hard is fine as a judge but reacting as he did indicated a deep character flaw in someone who is supposed to be a judge.

    I disagree. He was responding to the voters. Several organizations campaigned against him because he was bad for kids. The voters did not reelect him because he was bad for kids. In response to the voters call, he will treat the kiddies so they don't melt.

    Lots of straight ticket Dem voters in the cities and Repub elsewhere.
    Lots of good judges of both parties got defeated for this reason.
