Will Trump resign ?

Trump's latest self inflicted injury is his greatest, meaning: the Capitol events last week and turning on the VP and his best friends in Congress. He cannot recover from these happenings, no matter his actual responsibility for them.

I hope he does not resign but may need to make a deal for a solid Pence pardon. Right now I'd give it a 50/50 that he resigns. The wind blowing against Trump and conservative folks on the internet is strong.

Wonder if the pressure will also come down on gun related forums ? The left is on a roll and no doubt will act on their success while it is working well for them.

If the powerful lefties can succeed in banning Trump's high level employees from employment (Forbes magazine yesterday), squashing Parler, and frightening law firms who represent conservative causes into bailing out then there are a lot of changes coming.

Some tiny bit of good news, at least the ACLU thinks the Parler crush goes too far.

I just can't see him resigning. It would mean that the liberals finally got what they have wanted since day one.

I disagree. Falsehoods are lies. Lies are lies even when spread for propaganda purposes. Repeated incessant lies of mass election fraud from the President down when there was none, without a shred of legitimate proof, coupled with low-IQ recipients lapping them up like puppies lapping up spilled milk is why last Wednesday's sedition happened.

Now that is an interesting statement. It is quite funny and indicative of projection that you of all people made it. Thanks for the humor tonight. It's been a helluva day.

....mass election fraud .... when there was none ...
Actually I think it is quite obvious to anybody with eyes and ears that there was a good amount fraud and that there were one-sided flaws and inconsistencies in the whole process, even if we will never know, officially, if that was enough to change the outcome of the lection.
Some of these people have decided to fight it back, others are lost or have just accepted it and decided to move on.

Barr said there was fraud.

There is practically always examples of fraud in our elections. What Barr said was there always fraud but none that would have changed the Electorial College results.

Note the word "mass" in my post. The lie in this thread is that Trump won by a landslide. That, stated as fact, was a lie.

25-30k troops shut down the National Mall, surrounded the Capitol with 7 ft fencing with razor wire, shut down all traffic and it's because Joe Biden is such a well liked candidate that won the popular vote. Nothing to see here ...move along.

Replace "Mass election fraud" with "Systemic Racism", interesting.

I don't tell a toddler he is a liar when he tells me what Santa brought him. I really think that's how you need to approach some people you come across in life.
