It's within our grasp to end our gun violence epidemic and respect the Second Amendment, which is limited.

With all the excitement in the political world lately, what is normally one of the biggest concerns for Republicans has been pushed to the side - the 2nd Amendment.

The Biden Campaign's updated website contains a comprehensive list of new gun policies that the radical left has surely had a hand in drafting.

To name a few, the Biden-Harris Administration intends to implement some of the most intrusive 2nd Amendment laws ever proposed in the United States.

Congress tried back in '94 and used about 100 pages to do that. Still did not get it right.

Not sure where you came up with the rest but no you cannot kiss it to make it better.

The US Army has a pretty decent definition. Problem is it does not include AR-pattern semi-automatic rifles and is therefor useless to gun-grabbers. Maybe they should listen to the experts for a change.

Of assault weapon? No, they don't. No US military branch uses that terminology. Probably no military anywhere.

If you want a good definition of assault weapon, look up "Josh Sugarmann." He's pretty much credited with inventing that fake term in 1988.

2nd Amendment is limited is all I need to hear. Socialism is merely a way point toward Communism. See Avatar for what follows, always.

From a google search,

"Drawing from federal and state law definitions, the term assault weapon refers primarily to semi-automatic rifles, pistols, and shotguns that are able to accept detachable magazines and possess one or more other features."

So, my Glock 19 and my wife's S&W M&P .22 compact are assault weapons I guess. Because they do accept detachable magazines and possess one or more other features....hahahaha what a FN joke !

So I guess my 9 round revolver is not considered an assault weapon because it does not take a magazine, but it does possess one or more other features, but my 10 round S&W is.
