Oppose Sullivan Confirmation to BATFE

Since the BATFE and Sullivan (the acting Director) will not do as Congress instructs by failing to obey the law and not creating written firearm testing guidlines as they have repeatedly been asked to do. It is up to our U.S. Senators to put a hold on his confirmation until the BATFE starts doing as they are told. Notice for New AND Renewal Applicants

As part of an ongoing court case, you are no longer forced to give your SSN or Employment info on a Firearms license application. The applications have been updated, but many courts are still using the old applications and/or still requiring the applicant’s Social Security Number and Employment Information. For those Georgia residents who will soon apply for your first or renewal permit, print out the decision and carry it with you to the probate court.
