Process: | You have to go to the pobate court down town, fill out the application and a $15.00 fee with cash or check. Then you go accross the hall to the sheriffs department and submit a payment of $40.00 cash or money order only. You then take the information to the Brooks county jail (1003 holloway drive) about a half mile from the courthouse and have you fingerprints taken (electronically). You then take the fingerprints and application back to the probate court. They will then call you when your licence is approved and you have to go a pick it up at the probate court. |
