Process: | Arrived on Oct 30, 2009 late afternoon and filled out application. Went to the new law enforcement facility located on the cochran bypass for fingerprinting. They take prints digitally so the process is fast and clean. Contacted probate office on November 13, 2009 and license was ready for pickup.
Application fee: $40 money order ONLY.
License fee: $15 cash or money order, to be paid when license is picked up. |

Process: | Probate court located in the Bleckley County Court house. Bring $40.00 Money order to fill out an application. Take the application to the sheriff's office/jail house on 87 Bypass to get your fingerprinting done. The clerk at the probate court said that the license should be available in about a week and she will call our number. Cost is $15 more to pick up the license. |
