For those found guilty it demands the sale or destruction of weapons used in the commission of a crime or delinquent act involving possession. Good idea if GA had as few places off-limits as California, however since we don't, this bill opens up any GFL holder to the risk of loosing their firearm for wandering into a public gathering or one of the other many places off-limits. |
